Payment
- We currently accept most major credit and debit cards through our online shop via PayPal. You can use PayOffline, to visit your nearest outlet and pay using cash or card. Your order will be processed and dispatched as soon as we receieve confirmation of your payment from PayOffline. See the links page for more information. Cheques are also accepted but must clear before order is dispatched (usually after 7 working days). To pay by cheque contact us via email.
Local pick-ups - Local customers are welcome to contact us and arrange to pick-up their order. Payment requests can be sent via paypal or you can pay with cash, cheques must be forwarded in advance allowing time for them to clear.
Shipping – We currently ship within mainland England and Wales. Scotland, the highlands and islands are charged at a surcharged rate and are available upon request.
You must contact us
FIRST for surcharged delivery areas, or your order is liable to be refunded and not honoured. Orders are sent via Courier service and Royal Mail. All shipments require a signature on delivery.
Order processing - Our beds are made to order, therefore we ask you to allow typically between 7-14 days for your order to be dispatched. We do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, however unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. In the event of such cases we will notify you.
Order tracking - Once an order has been succesfully placed, an email is sent confirming your order, a following email is then sent when your order has been dispatched.
Cancellation & returns policy – Once an order has been placed it can only be cancelled if it has not yet been dispatched. Any orders cancelled after dispatch will incur the costs of both dispatch and return shipment.
For items that are found to be faulty or damaged on arrival
we ask that you contact us to let us know details of the problem within 7 days. Any postage cost of faulty products will be covered.
Unfortunately we cannot cover return shipment costs of any non faulty products.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Privacy statement - We value the privacy of our customers and do not pass on any of your details to third parties. Our shopping cart (PayPal) is protected by the highest level of security ensuring your information stays confidential and safe.
