 Assembling Raised Garden Beds Components

Suggested assembly tools-
Electric drill or hand held screwdriver,
Tapemeasure.
Stage 1 - Base assembly
Screw end panels to side panels using 70mm screws through the pre-drilled holes, ensuring both end and side go together without gaps.
 (Tip) using your tape measure, check that corner to corner diagonal measurements are equal. This ensures that the bed has been screwed together square prior to fixing the top on.
Base complete
 Stage 2 - Top assembly
Screw top end rails on to top side rails using 45mm screws through the pre-drilled holes, once again ensuring joint is completly together and there are no gaps.
 Stage 3
Place assembled top onto base, using a tape measure ensure that the underneath overhang (from the side of the base to the outside edge of the top) is equal around all four sides of the base.
 (Note) If installing a liner, now is the time to fit this as you trap the liner under the top. To give a neat finish.
Step 4
When overhang is equal on all four sides, screw down top to base using 70mm screws through pre-drilled holes, this completes your raised garden bed.
